A Nairobi lawyer was on Tuesday evening shot dead in a drive-by attack on Lang’ata Road in Nairobi’ south Karen.
Police reports indicate the victim, identified as Advocate Mathew Kyalo Mbobu was gunned down by an assailant on a motorcycle shortly after 7:30 p.m.
The lawyer was reportedly driving home when the attacker pulled alongside his vehicle and opened fire before speeding away.
Unconfirmed reports suggest he is Kyalo Mbobu, who previously served as Chairperson of the Political Parties Dispute Tribunal
