Vladislav Liukov: Who Is This Russian Man Recording Intimate videos With Women?

Social media platforms have, for the better part of the past week been turned into a fieof explicity after a Russian National, Mr Vladislav Liukov went viral following his prowess in multiple women, particularly from Ghana and Kenya.

Liukov, 36, who is at large, reportedly recorded romantic moments with ladies, from approaching them to sleeping with them.

The act has sparked controversy, condemnation and legal threats against the said man.

Ghana’s Communications Minister, Sam George, has released photos of the man.

The man is accused of using hidden camera glasses to film sexual encounters without consent, with authorities initiating extradition and legal action.

The country is following up on the matter to ensure he is brought to justice.

Ghana’s Foreign Minister called the Russian ambassador to the country and it was reported that the two countries “are working together to track the person.”

At a press conference in Accra, the minister of communication Samuel George printed the man’s passport, which had the name of Vladislav Liukov.

Samuel George said: “The ministries of communications and gender know who this man is and the passport he used to enter the country.”

He said some women have filed formal complaints which will be presented in the attorney general’s office for action.

He said “police together with networks security authorities will take the matter to interpol to issue a warrant of arrest for him.

The minister also said the cyber security authority that has conducted the investigation regarding this matter is preparing to charge the suspect in absentia.

Many Ghanaians want the suspect arrested while some people say the victims theselves confessed.

Ghana’s minister of Gender, Agness Naa Momo Lartey said “Not all of the women whose photos were posted on social media had romantic encounters with the suspect.”

She said “some of these women are committing suicide, especially those who were not in a sexual relationship with the suspect.”

Momo wants the victims to be shown mercy while his ministry continues to provide psychological assistance to those who are emerging.

Preliminary investigations done by networks security authorities shows that the suspect recorded intimate incidences with women and earned money from social media platforms.

The Network Security Law of Ghana 2020 (1038 Law) prohibits recording and disseminating of intimate photos without consent.

A person convicted could face up to 25 years in prison.
