A male body was discovered inside a dam in ‘Tujenge’s’ land, located at Kithimu ward, Embu.
The remains of the deceased, who was not immediately identified, were partially submerged into the said dam.

Officers from Kithimu and Itabua police stations arrived at the scene before retrieving the body.
Stones Tied On Legs
Large murrum stones were inserted into a sack and tied on the body’s legs.
The upper abdomen was also covered into a sack as the lower abdomen was bare.
