Road To State House Barricaded As Shops Remain Closed In Kisumu

Police officers have launched a barrier along the road leading to state House ahead of the expected protest by Azimio La Umoja followers today.

Meanwhile Most shops along Oginga Odinga Street in Kisumu have remained closed, following fear that protests may result to destruction of property.

Azimio La Umoja leader Raila Odinga had however insisted that the protests will be peaceful, contrary to the government’s view.
