South Africa critically won the fourth Quarterfinals match against Cape Verde after a 2-1 penalties shootout.
The match had ended into a goalless draw even after proceeding to extra time.
The man of the match was the team’s captain, Ronwen Williams who saved four penalties, carrying the Bafana Bafana to the Semifinal.
Both semifinals will take place on Wednesday.
Nigeria will crash with South Africa at 17:00 GMT, after which Ivory Coast will be against DR Congo at 20:00 GMT.
