After Musician Guardian Angel and his wife, Esther Musila got engaged, the duo have been a subject of discussion in Kenya for nearly four years.
The main reason for the heated gossips has been the huge age gap between the two.
Guardian Angel is aged 34 while Esther, a former accountant at the World Bank is 53 years old, which means that their age gap is approximately 19 years.
Why Is Esther Musila’s First Marriage A Nightmare?
In a recent podcast, the mother of three disclosed that she never got time to enjoy being a wife because she got married at a very young age.
Also, Musila gave birth to her kids while young, and she didn’t get a chance to enjoy life in the first marriage because she gave all her attention to her kids.
“I have been telling myself that I’m at a point in my life where I now understand what it means to be married. Perhaps in my first marriage, I got married while still young, and so I didn’t get the chance to enjoy being a wife. Maybe because I wasn’t given that opportunity,” Musila said.
“I was young, and I had children while still young, so it was more about other people. But now I enjoy being a wife and being considered a wife, so congratulations to you,” Ms. Musila told Guardian Angel at their podcast.
The former accountant further said that she now feels like a queen in the hands of Guardian Angel, a feeling that she had never experienced before.
Musila’s first husband and the father of her children died eight years ago, but she moved on a few years later with Guardian Angel, a renowned urban gospel musician in Kenya.
