Isiolo Boys High School’s dormitory reportedly caught fire on Tuesday evening.
The Kenya Red Cross confirmed the incident saying it had since dispatched a response team to the institution.
The extent of the damage, thus far, is still unclear, but a fire and rescue services from the Isiolo County government is on the scene.
This comes amid a string of fires that have ravaged Kenyan schools within the past two weeks.
Last week Saturday a dormitory housing Form One students at Isiolo Girls High School went ablaze, leaving three learners injured and property destroyed.
