A pastor in Mozambique died during a 40-day fasting as he attempted to set a record which Jesus Christ’s had set in Mt Olives.
Francisco Barajah, a pastor and the founder of Santa Trindade Church in the Central Province of Manica was confirmed dead on Wednesday.
Barajah died while receiving treatment at Beira where he was transferred in a critical condition.
According to reports, after 25 days of fasting, Francisco’s weight had extremely reduced to a point that he could not stand, walk or even shower.
