Mwendani Fm Presenter, Anko Msafiri has asked Embu Governor Cecily Mbarire to consider involving actor Mlipa, also known as ‘Karinda‘ in the Madaraka day Entertainmers list.

“Ningependekeza Gavana Wa Embu County Cecily mbarire ambaye ameleta Nuru Embu county.. kumpatia nafasi muigizaji #Karinda Kwa Jina la kiutani wengi wamjua kama #Mlipa anayefanya shughuli yake Kwenye kituo cha radio ya Mwendani fm Embu county,” Msafiri wrote in his Facebook page.
The journalist further noted that ‘Karinda‘, who is also a journalist at Mwendani Fm is a talented entertainer whose star is shining.
“Bwana huyu amejaaliwa na Mungu na nyota yake Imengaa *wakati ni Sasa,” The Presenter clarified.
However, Governor Cecily Mbarire also enjoys the ‘Stage Name’, ‘Karinda‘ in her politics, raising eyebrows for an expected ‘competition’ for the name if Msafiri’s request will be granted.
The funnyman, Mlipa is known for mimmicking Governor Cecily Mbarire.

This year’s Madaraka day which is scheduled to be held in Moi Stadium, Embu is highly anticipated mostly considering that Governor Cecily Mbarire will be welcoming the president in her county for a National event in less than one year after becoming a governor.
