Rala Odinga and William Ruto are reported to have met at a Nairobi hotel where the had a lengthy talk.
The two reportedly held talks on how to resolve the weekly Nationwide protests.
The protests have now been called off According to a press statement released to media houses.
“The weekly protests are hereby suspended until further notice as we work on a solution that will see Kenyans win,” Part of the statement read.
The meeting was facilitated by US senator Chris Coons who had earlier led a high-powered delegation in the country.
Ruto and Raila are now expected to hold a joint press briefing on the dictates of their new resolutions.
