Couple Perishes In Naivasha Plane Crush

Two lovers lost their lives on Thursday evening when a light plane they were flying in crashed at Kedong Ranch in Naivasha.

The incident occurred when Marcus Dunn and Anne Dunn, both foreigners, were heading back to their farm in Loldia, Naivasha.

It took police officers and rescuers over six hours to access the wreckage before recovering the couple’s bodies and personal effects, including a firearm.

Confirming the incident, Naivasha Deputy OCPD Charles Mwai noted that poor visibility caused by fog in the area might have contributed to the accident in Naivasha.

Mwai added that upon impact, the plane and its occupants were trapped in a valley, which hampered rescue and recovery efforts.
